Just run OpenCL version that works on all architectures http://fah-web.stanford.edu/MemtestCL/memtestCL-1.00-windows.zip
Probably you won't find any errors because memory corruption is usually noticeable by screen artifacts.

That looks like a driver and game issue to me, memory corruption usually looks much more random ... do other games display artifacts?

No they dont, this pic was taken when pc crashed completely, had to pull the plug, but it happens very rarely, the pic is taken with my mobile phone.

Attaching some logs i had saved from February while i was troubleshooting...
