Certainly is! Some of this is unconfirmed but you can take it as you wish, some is fact, I have pasted this from a G92 thread of last week:
So far what we know for sure is that NVIDIA's latest GPU namely the G92 will be released until the end of the year. Today our friends at XbitLabs posted what is rumored to be G92's specifications. So the rumored soon to be 9800GTX will be manufactured with a 65nm process and will carry a punch powerful enough to overcome NVIDIA's current flagship the Geforce 8800 Ultra by 100%. Yes thats twice the power of an 8800 Ultra. Again these are just rumors although NVIDIA has been known to leak valid information about their upcoming products.

Pros.
65nm process will allow for better yields and better power consumption. power consumption will be lower than that of a GeForce 8800 GTX. GeForce 9800 GTX will be over two times faster than a GeForce 8800 Ultra in real world games and applcations.
Release date : November 2007. There will be TWO products at launch: The flagship GeForce 9800 GTX and the second fastest GeForce 9800 GTS. Price for the GeForce 9800 GTX will be 549-649 USD. Price for the GeForce 9800 GTS will be 399-449 USD.
