There's plenty of flaming in teh interwebz about poor customer support here and there.
To break the fashion, I've decided to share my positive experience.
I tend to buy some Acer stuff every now and then.
I've always considered them to be "on the cheap end" amongst other vendors there, however quite often I get convinced by their great performance/price ratio.
Recently my projector (H5360) developed a known problem (stuck pixel), after almost 2 years of heavy use.
It was still on warranty.
My case got immediately accepted.
The courier came at agreed date and collected the thing.
Next day at 12:00 it arrived at repair centre.
At 14:00 same day I got confirmation that DLP DMD was replaced and it's being shipped home.
Next day, I got it back.
Excellent !
