When Iam on the net it always goes from 24 to 100% back and forth. I tried to start a game but it froze as soon as the game started and the fan went to 100%. In Everest, it shows 2 gpus, all 6 diodes are at 40degrees in idle. In CCC I have checked crossfire enabled. My psu is 650W CorsairTX.

I did, but as soon as I turn on the pc, the fan goes to 100% and it stays so for about a minute and after it goes to desktop and goes back to 24% and then stays like that for a few seconds and then again to 100% again and back. Its like crazy. And when I start a game it goes immediately to 100 and freezes.
