Alienware x17 R2 (PL1,EDP other, Thermal)

Idk what it is, but im still not satisfied with alienware products but im trying to make the best out of it
Been doing alot of research about trying to get better cpu temperature while gaming at high quality remaining great fps and stumbled on undervolting and I've noticed I've been getting errors that say "PL1, EDP other and Thermal" not sure if locking a feature disabled it from turning red but before it was blinking yellow and red i have yet to see PL1 pop up again... i just don't want to do this completely wrong and asking for any help at this point before i just send the laptop in to get checked out (hopefully that will fix issues)

"One of my biggest issue while gaming is that i will get over 150+ fps but as soon i perform an action like say use a character skill, fps drops drastically by like 80-100 sometimes but i just think that's just a huuge dip"
Also at times or most times as soon as i start up a game the first 5-10 mins this laptop heats up like a stove and its scary, it just get wicked hot!!

How is your thermal paste holding up? Did you change it recently? Did you dust off your laptop recently?
Your CPU is pulling only 77,5W and is throttling at 100C, your cooling system might not be working properly, an undervolt most likely will not be able to do much unless we find out how to improve cooling.
