I'm confused by the circuitry. I tried to bypass the adaptor and run into a 3 pin plug from the pump. My pump is an 18W DDC and as it is it won't spin up. The wires run black, blue, gap and then yellow. Is this wrong because I've seen one picture with the pump this way and many others with black, yellow, blue. I'm concerned the 12V might be connected up wrong. The blue one is red here and would otherwise control the RPM.
