Artic Cooling Silencer right blow direction?

I put on my Sapphire 9800 pro an Artic Cooling Silencer rev. 2. It's very quite and easy to install. However it seems to me that the fan does not blows air from inside the case to the outside by the rear slot, but it seems it blows air inside the case. What's wrong with that?
