The caps you would be dealing with are through hole technology. 75w iron is fine, just have electonic grade solder and flux, solder sucker. Make note of where the caps are located and their polarity (-+) and their labeled values, you cannot install caps backwards without causing further damage. Buy new caps of equal microfarad and voltage value
Just flip the mobo, find the solder pads for the bad caps, apply flux to the pads, use iron to heat till solder puddles-keep iron there, use solder sucker to remove solder. Do this within seconds, not minutes to avoid trace /ic damage.
To install caps flip mobo back over install cap through holes with correct polarity, flip board over and bend cap terminals outward from each other, put flux on the terminals then put tip of iron on solder pad and cap terminal, keep iron there then touch solder till it melts, start pushing solder in to fill in hole and make nice hersheys kiss shape. Remove solder wire then remove iron.
Do not bridge (short) any pads or terminals together.
Once the solder are not cold joints and done properly, clip cap terminals just above Hershey's kiss flush at the peak.
Clean any flux off to prevent corrosion potential using isopropyl alcohol.
