Bad company 2 crashes 5 to 20 mins no matter what i do, all of a sudden the frames drop 2 to 4 fps then i hear buzzing sound trough my speakers then a black screen then i have to press reset, this is with the asus drect cu II gtx560 ti, now with my old 8800 gts 512mb it was fine go figure even though it draws 15o watts to 170 watts as the gtx 560 gtx ti

Didn't you have issues with other video cards too? I'm pretty certain it's your PSU or drivers. It's not the card. When was the last time you've done an O/S reinstall?

You describe a video crash,so it is probably your gpu.I'd try removing the drivers via uninstall and driver sweeper and then trying the card.If this doesn't work then you will probably have to RMA your gpu, since the 8800gt works fine.
