Has this motherboard the same issue as the ASUS P6TD Deluxe whereby is doesn't read all the memory in any frequency you set it at.

If someone has this new board can give me any feedback please.

theres been some ppl ove at ocn that this has happend, it did with me but for me it was the cpu pin i moved when i put the cpu in the wrong way

but some it got fixed with another set of ram

I just bought this thing and was going to load it up with 12 GBs of mushkin. Hope I don't have this issue...

I just got the board and only have 6gb installed but no problems at all from this board. I did read that the -e version might be a better buy after purchasing mine tho.

Been looking all day on the ASUS forums there's loads of people with the problem with the P6TD Deluxe board

yeah it has RAID on the 6gb sata :cry:

but its also cheaper but :ohwell: i got mine before it came out

Didn't even know about the E. After looking it up none of the differences seem to effect my needs (not going to be raiding sata 6 or using dual LAN), and it looks like the premium has slightly better cooling. Unless specifically stated I doubt it even fixes the sporadic memory slot problems. My only regret is it's $40 cheaper...

Edit* After looking up the issue some more it seems it's usually caused by cpu coolers with backplates causing shorts. Simply pick up some non-conductive washers from lowes or something.

2 friends with this board, no issues at all with memory. One complained about lack of sata 6gb raid though.
