dunno, but the number of updates i see here are def. more than windows updates. This is an extra hotfix, security update from autopatcher which hasn't been released officially, but will be soon I'm always faster than the original site some updates will be be originally installed by default..but some are new!
and this contains extra updates patches too which u'll not find in windows update atm...
