Is anyone familiar with completely backing up all files for Outlook 2010? A few months ago I had to reinstall someone's computer who uses this program, and thought I exported everything to a .pst file. It turns out a lot was missing and it was quite a mess. Someone else now is getting a new computer and I need to transfer her Outlook to this new PC in it's entirety. How can I make sure I get everything this time around?
