Half Life 2 + Fake Factory Cinematic Mod 3 = Best looking game ive played.

I know they're originally xbox games and not out yet, but how about halo 2 for vista and the upcoming halo 3, which I am sure will eventually make its way to the pc. I gotta say in my opinion halo 2 beats the snot out of half-life 2, but thats just me. Crysis looks incredible, but far-cry didn't compare to halo either, and the next installments of both are comin out around the same time (I think). Maybe I just feel this way because I was a counsel player before a pc player. We shall see though.

Until yesterday I was playin Far Cry with the - Matto 4 mod + 1.1 Patch - which adds 7 levels to the game and goes on from the end of the last Matto mod the graphics are so sweet and the modders have done an awesome job with it ....

Also I've DL 2 conversions for Max Payne 2 - Scarface & Punisher - both transform the game and are both pretty sweet.

But now that I have the Lost Planet Demo I've playing that over and over .... yes lame I know its just a demo lol ... cant wait for the game to come out.

1.44GB is a hefty DL for someone who only has a 512k connection with a 10GB/month limit then BAM!!! 56k speeds ..... :cry:

this is also amazing ill be busy today hmmm.......we should make a thread with direct page or simply direct links to cool patches and mods for games the first post should have the games included so far in the thread and the poster should include a link to said patch etc but also include a screen shot so ppl can see and maybe an orig screen for comparison i think it would really benifit the gamers here because we all pretty much play the same games. what do you think?
