So I bought Hogwarts legacy and wanted to play it and it runs smoothly on low settings, but some times me screen flashes black for like a second, before continuing the game, but cant get very far before the games freezes and crashes. I tried to run with 1920x1080 and it seemed to work the best, but whne loading a cutscenes it crashes. I have the graphics on the lowest settings, but the screen will still flash black after 20 seconds at worst, and at best 5 minutes. Dont know If I need to upgrade my GPU or CPU or what I am using a ASUS GeForce GTX1050 Ti Cerberus A4G, and Intel Core i5-9600K Processor. My screen is MSI Optix MAG275R using 144Hz. How can I fix the issue and do I need to upgrade me pc? Hope someone can help me I appreciate any help I can get. :)

Your system barely meets the lowest requirements:

OS64-bit Windows 10
CPUIntel Core i5-6600 (3.3 GHz) or AMD Ryzen 5 1400 (3.2 GHz)
RAM16 GB
GPUNVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 4GB or AMD Radeon RX 470 4GB
DX VERSIONDX 12
STORAGE85 GB HDD
NOTESSSD (Preferred), HDD (Supported), 720p / 30 fps, Low Quality Settings

Disable VSync and Cap the Frame Rate (FPS) to 30 FPS. Even for 1920x1080 - an upgrade can help quite a lot - since the recommended setting are:

This most likely won't help you but Windows HDR will cause black flickering with some applications. I had to disable HDR in windows because of this and my Screen supports it.
