and the game seems quite similar to "RACE: The WTCC Game" in alot of ways.

Actually, most racers disable all that electronic gadgetry like traction control, stability management, and any other electronic inputs. They all interfere with proper feedback. I've spent quite a bit of time on road courses, and I absolutely HATE that crap. It makes it mauch harder to get all 10 tenths out of a car. About the only electronic handling controls racers will accept, are ABS and electronic center diffs in AWD cars.

Good for average driver = bad for racer.

That said, I still like the new M3, even if it is overweight, but I'd still rather have an E36.

Wile E these gadgets are ment for people that dont drive a car to its edge and dont care about having the ultimate feedback in order to "play" with the car. And it is natural since most people that do buy fast cars are old people who have worked hard to get an car worth 70-80-90-120k.
I however have the gadgets disabled in my car

The game is based on the engine and physics and stuff etc etc etc from GT Legends.
I like it, but after several laps it gets kinda boring. since i'm more the arcade racer it's not really my kind of game. Oh, and the missing support of 5.1 speakers flattens the fine engine sound experience...

The game is cool overall, but looks kind of not so real. The handbrake is not presented at all?! no feeling of speed, no damage, the car oversteers like crazy (I've driven the real M6 and believe me, if I had this oversteer I'd be death by now)? What do you guys think?

Its a FREE game, what did you expect ? The best physics model , graphics and control ?
