Have realized that cheap fans 4-5 for 30-60$ or similar may not be so good. Almost suspect that an old black 80mm fan almost blows more when it is also set higher naturally. These budget fans are usually up to 1300rpm as a maximum and assume that you wear them down faster if you run them at full power? Do you earn many degrees by buying premium fans? Or does it have more to do with the size of the chassis? Midi towers chassis seem to get much hotter against larger ones, but I could be wrong.

I usually like to get fans that are ion the line of 60CFM at least, but I live in Puerto Rico, which is usually quite hot. So gotta sacrifice some noise for cooling performance here.

I like these ones from Newegg, because they are quite balanced on performance, budget and aesthetics.

If you want (good/crazy) performance and cheap fans look no further: https://www.arctic.de/us/P12-Max/ACFAN00289A
They are also available in a lower rpm version
