Can i have some advice on my case

Hi guys i have just finished my 1st build and i have a couple of pics for you, the thing is it looks messy i feel i would really like to no the best way to get rid of some of the wires have a look and tell me wat u think.

zip ties are your best friend

As protius said, use zip ties. If you can, mount the hard drive the other way so that the SATA cable and the SATA power are hidden; stick any unecessary wires in the spaces in the hard drive/optical drive rack (if there is no other place to put it). As for the front panel headers, ziptie or tape those together and hide them underneath the mobo. A re-mount of the CPU fan so that the wires aren't all over the place should be done as well... but it seems like you have some decent parts, so good job so far
