youd need clone software...for the MBR MBT etc.

Acronis is a great program. There is a freeware version and would be perfect for what you want to do.

i have the free version and im pretty sure it doesnt allow you to clone

at anyrate if you have seagate drives diskwizard from seagate will be allowed to run indefinetely with no trial and allow you to do everything here is a link its from my DL server so it should go fast
