Computer crashing

Hi all, I have a problem with my computer restarting/crashing randomly, especially when the PC is put under load - ie. playing games, watching videos, and occasionally just basic tasks. Initially i thought it was my HD 3850 AGP overheating, and whilst it did overheat, i have since received a new one in replacement, and the same thing happens. Sometimes when it restarts, it displays a flicker of the blue screen of death- and this time i managed to catch it just before it went off - does it mean anything to anyone here:

Im running a quad core Q6700 on an asrock 775i65g, 2gb DDR1 RAM, sapphire hd 3850 agp.

Thanks in advance :)

Are your pc overclocked? i think you should check your psu wattage it may be too small for your pc. Please fill your pc spec in your profile.

Run memtest on it, might be memory related.

Or, the windows 7 version.

To run the Memory Diagnostics Tool manually open Memory Diagnostics Tool by clicking the Start button , and then clicking Control Panel. In the search box, type Memory, and then click Diagnose your computer's memory problems. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation. Choose when to run the tool.

Also, info here:Windows Memory Diagnostic

EDIT:
Yes, it is a good idea to fill in your system specs in the USER CP(Control Panel).:)

Thanks for the replies. My PC isnt overclocked, but ive always suspected the PSU is under performing - although it was running fine for about a year before this started happening. Ill do a memory test and get back to you guys.
