    meh...
    _________

regarding 4770k processor, i will consider to upgrade my ivy bridge if only its has soldered material between ihs and chip. ivy bridge make my watercooling setup nearly useless and also it has no effect on reducing heat/thermal compared with air cooling setup, except voiding of its warranty by delidding the ihs and replacing the TIM.

A head on the box with the words "unlock the power inside" leads me to believe there is an inflatable head in the box. No need to fap guys, intels got you covered.

    I'm conflicted.

On the one hand, I couldn't give less of a shit about the box art.

On the other hand, I expect more from one of the richest companies on Earth.

    Who should care?
I see the box fora few minutes while I take out the chip and heatsink then I put it away where I don't see it until my next upgrade.
    Proph3t says thanks.

    +1

The smell of that plain, brown box is just amazing. The smell of NEW HARDWARE. :rockout: That's what it's all about.
