I just don't like the other on,e with new bracket, lol, if i get a old one that won't fit, and therefor have wait even longer time, that sucked.

3 degrees make a huge difference.
In any case we have proposed you around 5 coolers and you like neither one for your own reasons so i think you should go and get what you want, much easier that way.

Edit: I take the chanse and go for the Noctua NH-U12P.
I can't find a 100% proof that it will fit, but it did fit into the old P5E.
And if you also say it. that enouch to make me buy it.
