the fans of Source outweigh those of 1.6. Why would Valve re-release it when they know it isn't as popular as Source? (If i'm understanding your statement correctly)

Just went into the website. My bad sorry about the 2nd post but you should have explained yourself earlier. Btw which company would go backwards to oldern technology rather then new modern one? I bet they are even working on an engine that we wouldn't even know. Probably named Tomato or Chilli or Source2 if you get it.
