I need to create a user account (Windows 7) and have it limited to one website. I also don't want the user to have access to anything else like the start menu and desktop. I want the user to login then be taken directly to a specific website automatically. How would I go about doing this? I've been reading a lot about consoles, but I'm not sure where to start. Thanks

Easiest way: Fortes 101

You can easily set it up so that the user has access to nothing but what you put on the desktop. You can put a shortcut to the website you want them to have access to on the desktop and then that will be the only place they will be able to go. If you want them to be able to open word or something as well, you just put a shortcut to word on the desktop.

It is possible to go through group policy(assuming you have a professional version OS) as well as all the registry keys to restrict everything yourself, but Fortres makes it so much quicker and easier. Its not free though, but worth it.
