Sure it does.... for that program only. They just release a update not long ago allow gpu's to improve encoding (TMPGEnc 4.0 Xpress) But for only Nvidia cards!!! So I guess this is another way for them to sell there program and a cheap card.

If I had $280, I could come up with something better to buy then this. Consider you don't have to have a special workstation card to encode videos anymore, any ATi HD 3K+ Series/Nvida 8k Series card will work.
