We can all blame internet access on consoles for ruining the development of FPS gaming for computer gamers. From now on we'll only see console ports because a console is always going to end up cheaper than a computer, making products more available to a wider target public.

Only numb nuts like us actually want a spectacular game that will push the limits of our systems. How dare us computer gamers demand options in games that had been available to us for YEARS before console ports became standard practice? Why should computer gamers have things that consoles can't access simply because they're more powerful? Screw the computer gamer!

And yes, EA (DICE) can and will compete with Activision (Treyarch) for sales, that's standard business practice.

This doesnt need to be turned into a PC Vs console debate, because that has been done to death! The game publishers go where the money is and stick to the safest bet. This isnt good for gaming as an whole, because original game ideas get tossed in the bin, whilst old titles are just rehashed and resold.

Gaming IS in trouble, but it is only going to get worse for the PC gamer and better (kind of) for the console gamer. mainly because the console gamer is easier to please :( Its sad but true.

EDIT: actually, its not going to get better for the console gamers because we get robbed with DLC and soon it will be monthly subs to play online :(
