evga x58 sli classified cant detect my plextor m5pro 128gb pls help!!

I think it is a compability problem i had something similiar with my samsung HD103SJ not detected at Asus m5A97 ( sata3 compability problem had to update HDD firmware ) , some sata2 motherboards have problem with sata3 HDD/SSDs or some sata2 HDD/SSDs have this problem with sata3 motherboards.

Solution is probably updating your motherboard bios .

which sata port are you using for SSD ? Intel or Jmicron ? Try intel ports first (google search showed your motherboard also had jmicron sata ports ) , 2 red ports are jmicron / 6 black ports are intel use black intel ports

thanks for the reply and sorry for the late reply, im using the sata 0 port which is black i tried it in my other pc and no problems. i think i tried everything what you have said upgrading my mobo's bios, my ssd's fw.
