Fan rpm

I am looking for a 92mm fan which I can change/higher his rpm with no additional noise.Any suggestions? Whar rpm do you have on your own?

there is no such animal.. the faster they go the more noise they make..

i slow all mine down to the quite point.. there is sweet spot tween noise and performance with most fans..

on all mine i just max it all out
im guessing my comp is averaging 60dba

The louder the better IMO, so long as it drowns out that horrible processing noise. Maybe I am weird?
