those speeds are complete poo for fiber but it sure has hell beats what you are using now
and the attempt to force you to bundle with there phone service is also a dick move ...
if you are gonna go with fiber I would't waste time with anything slower then 50/25
also 8k is fucking non-sense it costs them about 3000.00 a mile when they are tapping existing lines they only need to run haf a mile if you can't get them to come down to under 5K then tell them to stuff it
