I love DFI but for the money that Asus is sweet. $93

Dual Gigabit Lan, 8 sata (4 sata2/ 4 sata1) and the chipset has the good heatpipe cooler that allows Big Videocards if you use them.

With the extra money get 1 more HDD and put them in Raid0....

Well, I would be lying if I said that I'm 100% certain it would work since I've never tried those RAM modules in your motherboard. There are always those mysterious RAM motherboard combinations that don't work. It's running great in my motherboard, havn't had a chance to OC yet though will keep you informed.
