Flashing Bios Sapphire 9600 Pro 128MB

Hi Folks,

I tried to flash my Sapphire (ATI) 9600 Pro 128 MB with actual
Bios 008.011.000. with Bios Date 2003/04/11.

What is the newest Bios for this Videocard and what German Videoformat
is the correct one ?

I tried several Files but did not succeed.

The winflashfile says allways Invalid Vbios Image
