I have 3 trucks. I would like to have realtime monitoring for all of them. Details such as routes taken, time stopped at a certain place ect. I have posted this thread before but dont want to bring it in from the dead ;). I trust my employees, but would like to make sure their deliveries are most efficient. =)

Gentleman. I'm looking for GPS for my company vehicles. I know there are lots out there, and wondering what are my options and what should I be looking for?

Depends on how in-depth you want to go, do you want real-time, post travel down-load logging? For real-time, you'll probably want Cell phone based service.

There are a ton of options out there, including software only for smartphones.

Trimble makes a modem with a GPS receiver and CANBUS J1939 monitoring or just the ignition terminal of the alternator for running time, it shows on a portal for speed, breadcrumb route, and you can geo-fence vehicles as well as have curfews.
