I have one of these boards and it has 4 SATA connections. Do I need a controller to set up a RAID or is this board already set up for it? Is there a way to set it up in the bios?

Judging from what Ive read off of google, there is no mention of raid support.

I say look in the bios and see if there is an option to select raid, or possibly see if there were raid drivers to go with the mobo.

Funny thing is at Foxconnchannel website , it can not even locate that mobo in its files!

i think it lists as an Intel mobo, but all the components say foxconn. Kinda strange.

ok, here's another question. That board supports up to an 800Mhz FSB, I have seen core 2 duo chips with 800Mhz. Will one of these chips work with this board or will I have to upgrade the board if/when I decide to upgrade the chip? I currently have a P4 3.2Ghz HT/2mb/800Mhz.

Checking the supported CPU list on the Intel website, I do not see any Core 2 Duo's listed, if you have one, or a friend has one that has a 800 MHz FSB feel free to try, if you do, find out what BIOS you are running and upgrade to the latest if necessary.
