Wow my buddy just got lucky and finally hit refresh one more time just now and managed to get in.

Yeah, I left and washed my car, came home, refreshed the error page and got access. I got a confirmation email and access to the Technet downloads page, but the keys and download links are greyed out and inaccessible.
