It depends on what you are after.

The OC obviously has more overclocking features compared to the UD5H

It is quad CFX capable but it has no multiplexing chip (that's an OC Force feature) so you'd be running your GPUs at 4x/4x/4/x/4x.
SLI is limited to two way on both boards unless you use quad GPUs like the GTX 690.

The UD5H on the other hand has more connectivity provided with a Marvell controller

Marvell® 88SE9230 chip:

4 x SATA 6Gb/s connectors (GSATA3 6~9) supporting up to 4 SATA 6Gb/s devices
Support for RAID 0, RAID 1, and RAID 10

and more ethernet ports 2vs1 compared to the OC, both are Intels so np.

Also onboard audio on the UD5H should be better but I'm not sure about that.

If you are not after extreme clocking I'd say the UD5H is the better buy IMHO as it overclocks as well for 24/7.

Generally if you're looking to seriously push your OC, the OC board is the one to get.
The UD5H will overclock very well indeed, but not quite get as far perhaps, and has better connectivity features.
