    Winner:

Thank you to all those who participated and went out of their way to help someone else

Walking Dead is available as the runner up prize.
This is how it will work: any member can nominate a previous entrant for the prize- just quote their post in your reply. The first entrant to be nominated 2x that posts accepting the prize will get the game.

Pretty simple, no? Its a new thing I am trying, if it doesn't work like I expect, I will change the plan accordingly.

(Same rules will apply as far as not already owning the game and needing to have STEAM)

I forgot about my best friend's birthday, so me and a few guys managed to last minute book £80 of train tickets and another £100 of ice hockey tickets for tomorrow for his birthday. I did have money, but now I'm poor.
Also apparently I don't own dishonored for some reason. I need to fix that.

I am honouring a good friend of mine by helping him move gaff , lots of lifting would be eased greatly by a few dishonourable deaths later that night.

This doesn't exactly qualify, but it's the closest I am (in my view anyway): Gave money to an ALS foundation/research, as per the wishes of my cousin who died from it last week (at the age of 35).

Thinking FTL or Walking Dead for runner up prize, not sure though. I think I still have a key for Alan Wake that is available as well.

Well I suppose I have my honorable mention:

I have been doing some work around my grandparents' house over the last 2 weeks for them, since they've needed it done for who knows how long. It's taken me like 6 or so trips down there to do all the work, sometimes after work and on the weekends. All the while when they offered me money, I told them we would take care of it later.

So I finally finished this week. They wanted to pay me for everything, saying that I did a great job. The work would have cost them about $1,000+ anywhere else, but we settled for a dinner at Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza. It felt good to do the work, not for money, but to help loved ones who could use help!

Sometimes there are true gems posted on TPU. This is one of them.
Thank you for sharing, manofthem, and thank you theonedub for having the contest.

I'll work this weeked instead of my coworker (on sunday) because she has a birthday party and she needs a free day, but she was listed to work on that very day. So i said i'll work instead of her coz you never know when you'll need someone to replace you when you need a similar day off.

Not sure how this stacks up against others on honorable scale, but i guess it's a nice gesture :)

I wouldn't mind getting this game, i like this type of games but for some reason Dishonored sort of passed by me. Not sure why, but now i'd like to try it...

There is construction going on in my house because of Diwali season in India.
So workers are non-stop working in our house , some are very poor and wear torn clothes and shoes.
So I gave them my old clothes , shoes and even my toys and cricket bats for them and their kids, these things i was not using so it felt good while giving them away. :)
