i'm going watercooling
i got a bargain, wich is made of a trade with my thermalright si128 and 2 yellow cold cathodes + 30€

so what do i need to do to make it run?
any guide links are apreciatted

If you're going water cooling and and liquid cooing your RAM make sure you tests in the loop for at least 24hrs prior to installation. I had a small factory leak in mine which dripped onto my 8800GTS SLI cards and ruined one. Not bloody happy!

i had a minor trouble and bought a new cpu bloc, instead of a used one
it's made of:
aquacomputer 120mm rad
aquacomputer cuplex skt 775
einhem s600 with reservor
orange/red tubes

Are you just using water? Fill that up with some water mixed with antifreeze.

I'm a noob when it comes to water cooling....I've learned so much just by playing with it these past few days.

Coolant

Coolant is an essential part of a good liquid cooling loop, as it can prevent corrosion and / or help to stop algae from growing within the loop. Common mixes are listed below.

Common mixes include:

Distilled Water & Drops of Iodine Distilled Water & Anti-Freeze [85% - 90% Distilled & 10% - 15% Anti-Freeze]

Premixed solutions and nonconductive solutions are also available, iquid in watercooling systems is a mixture of 90% distilled water and 10% antifreeze. but these tend (that is, all those in existence today) to be worse than 90/10 water/antifreeze mix at cooling, while costing several times more. Nonconductive solutions lose their nonconductive nature upon coming in contact with the copper blocks found in watercooling loops, making it rather pointless.

Redline Water Wetter was in favour for a while, but then reports of it leaving long white strands of scum in water cooling systems surfaced, and it generally went out of use. This stuff is not recommended any more - avoid it if you can.

Anti-Freeze's main use in watercooling is its ability to help prevent corrosion, but if you are not mixing metals in your loop this measure is not necessary, so Iodine is a cheaper alternative and works exactly the same. Other products include using common anti-algae additives, but be warned large concentrations of copper sulfate or chloride are not advised.

Are you sure you're getting good contact? Maybe take the right side panel off and feel the back of the mobo/tray. Should be smoking hot if it's at 70C. Was it working before?

Check your water out after just a few days without the antifreeze...then have fun cleaning the lifeforms out of your waterblock

You need some sunlight shining on it to get algea growth.

When the CPU is running ~70C (according to the mobo) poke around there with a finger and see what it feels like. You didn't answer if the CPU temp was right before going to water.

the cpu temp was hitting 67ºc in load with a thermalright si-128 with 2 120mm fan making a wind tunnel with fresh air
i tought the as5 was rotten, so i bought a new one
watercooling+new as5 = same temps = broken diode

ps: the sun is shinning on it :x
i guess i will have to fit the pump somehow inside
