Well, two GTX 465s would be an improvement over your Tri-SLI GTS 250s setup in terms of performance (also DX11 support instead of DX10) and perhaps in terms of power consumption too. If your GTS 250s only have 512 MB videomemory per GFXcard, it will definitely be an improvement, since there's 1GB on those GTX 465s. Two GTX 465 in SLI mode overall would be faster than a single GTX 480, perhaps they will be as fast as a single GTX 580 (except in video-memory limited situations in games). 160 AUD for the performance of a GTX 580!
