Any wired xbox360 controller. I got two from gamestop for $25 a piece. I also saw somebody on here selling one for $20 shipped, try looking for that.

+1 for xbox360 wired controller, its really good and its compatible with most games i.e. they already have the buttons mapped out

There's even a really nice gamepad config software available for download somewhere on the net (can't remember what it's called) that will allow you to map and configure any of the buttons or triggers or axes to anything on the keyboard (or mouse).

If you cant find a wired 360 controller I have one of these and they work the same:

One con to them is they do not have rumble. Purchased mine at a local walmart for $24.

That was me that had the 360 controller, but it was wireless and I sold it. The 360 controller is great for the PC. I have the wireless adapter so if I need to play a racign game or something, I can use it.
