gpu fan not starting

it just wont start. i tried turning it by hand to get it going, that didnt work either. what do i try now?

If under Warranty send back for fix or upgrade.

In the meantime place a fan under it so as not to burn the card.

You could try after market cooling solution.

i used the transfer function and it works
still isnt working exactly right, its off on startup xd
