Yup. 220's are nice. They're used because the snappiness doesn't get much snappier
Wish I could give a nod or not to the Quadro 600 (think GeForce GT 430). My friend who does freelance photography and video upgraded last year to an i7-860 system, but kept his old 7200 LE. Since then the Quadro 600 came out and at only $150, we're going to give it a try.
Personally, if I was going with a 2600 anyway, would grab the 2600K (for HD3000) and try it. If it didn't quite "do it" for me, then would throw in a dedicated card.
