Looks like VRAM. Seen it before a long while back for BF3 users. Usually video corruption like that is some dodgy stuff with (vmemory)voltages, or poignantly just broken VRAM. RMA seems the best option.
Hurrdurr, read the thread Coon.

Out of curiosity, do you have VSync on?

Ingame V-Sync is OFF, but I force it ON via D3DOverrider. So do you say it's hardware (VRAM) failure?

its just the games. its not possible for hardware failure to happen in the same spot in the same way every time, it'd be more random.

you're LOOKING for a problem so you're finding tiny game glitches.

Yeah I know I'm so paranoid, because I don't want to RMA my second MSI Gaming card within 6 months :/ I can't be so unlucky..

Flickering textures is a common issue among many games. No worries.

Make sure the game is patched to latest, drivers are latest official. Direct X 9,10,11,12 w/e are upgraded to latest. Your motherboard and gpu drivers are latest official release. After that stop worrying and play the game.

Since you have so many issues you might want a good power supply, a good power strip for your machine such as an ISObar.

That or take your rig outside and shoot it then have a botique pc maker build a rig.
