Graphics card was placed on the slot but it isn't rotating

I placed the new graphics card on the white socket and it wasn't spinning at all. Why is that happening?
It has 3 exit ports do you have to use all 3 or you can use only one?
Can someone help me?

Also when I placed the GPU in the white slot the computer went black what can I do to fix this issue?

You need should put the GPU in the black PCI-E 16x slot since the white PCI-E 16x slot is limited to 4x
Did you connect the 6 or 8pin power to the graphics card?

Can you make a photo for clarity so we can see why it isn't fitting? At this moment I dont see anything strange which could prevent it.

So where does it get the power from? From the PCIE cable with 6 pins?
I am confused!

I just looked into my PC and I don't think I have a slot for the 6 pin cable connector.Should I show you a picture of the motherboard?

Probably your shitty HP prebuilt motherboard doesn't output the required 75W of PCIe power, because the PSU is something ridiculous like 200W. There is a reason why these prebuilt aren't meant to have anything except OEM parts installed. Buy a proper PC.

No it doesnt have one because it is a prebuild which is non-standard......

Maybe you can buy a SATA power to 6pin PCIe adapter cable. I wont recommend this since I dont know how many sata power is in your case available and it can also be a fire hazard.
