Doubtful, looks more like a coding bug not hardware related.

Game bug. Horribly unstable from what I have been reading.

Also if it is one crash, I wouldn't think much of it.

this is not one time only crash but it's happened repeatedly until lowering MSAA (4x --> 2x) or use alternative AA (such as TXAA (4x) although it uses same amount of vram as MSAA does)

it's still 1 game though, stress test others if you want but ghosts is launching pretty messed up for all kinds of platforms whether it's ati, nv, even xbox (multiplayer freezes)
