I have a new DVD player that supports video playback via USB. I like using Handbrake because its fast, however the file size tend to big, over 1 GB. Does Handbrake has a target file size option?

Auto GK has the option to specify the file size of the video, but there's always audio sync issues (even on the default settings).

I'm pretty sure it does.. But it all depends on the output format and codecs used. A video using x246 at 720p and say a hour long. Would easily be 1.0GB+. To make video/audio files smaller, you need to tune down settings... for example bitrate. But doing so will also cause quality loss. Small amounts are not noticeable. Just my two cents. Be more helpful to us if you explain the format of before and after your using.
