hello guys, i have some upgrade options here and i need your experience, and don't compare my prices with internet cuz im in IRAQ, also u see i have good deals cuz there is no more from my parts left in markets also same thing i should make a chose for the deals cuz there is 80% chance can't find anymore from them in the future.
1-MOBO
i have P55A-UD4P cost me 270$, now i have a deal which is sell this mobo for 320$, but only option i have is buy P55-UD7 and it cost me 475$.
2-CASE
i have Gigabyte 3D aurora cost me 165$ going to sell it at 125$, i have two options here which is CoolerMaster HAF 932 price don't sure but it's between 175$ to 200$ and CoolerMaster HAF X 942 price at 240$ to 250$.
3-PSU
i have Gigabyte odin pro 800 cost me 180$ and i have a deal for 150$ and going to sell at 150$ and i have two options which is Corsair HX1000 price at 335$ and Cooler Master Silent Pro M1000 price at 210$.
4-GPU
i have two GPU's now which is Gigabyte GTX295 cost me 300$ and Zotac GTX480 AMP cost me 660$,i have deal for gtx295 sell it for 350$ and deal for gtx480 sell it same price i buy which is 660$, so i have some options here which sell one and keep one like sell gtx480 and wait for HD 6xxx or sell my GTX295 and keep on my GTX480, or sell booth and buy 2xMSI GTX465 gold and unlock them to GTX470 and price for this 375$ for each one mean 750$ booth, or 2x gtx465 palit 1G cost me 325$ for each mean 650$ booth.
5-Cooler
i have zigmatic dark night cost me 75$ going sell at 85$ and buy noctua a D14 for 135$

i have P55A-UD4P cost me 270$, now i have a deal which is sell this mobo for 320$, but only option i have is buy P55-UD7 and it cost me 475$.

If you actually have a need for the added features the UD7 has that the UD4P doesn't have, then go for it. If you don't need the added features, keep the UD4P.

2-CASE

Cases are a matter a preference. Both the cases you listed are good cases, just pick the one you like the look of the most.

3-PSU
i have Gigabyte odin pro 800 cost me 180$ and i have a deal for 150$ and going to sell at 150$ and i have two options which is Corsair HX1000 price at 335$ and Cooler Master Silent Pro M1000 price at 210$.

I'd sell the 295 and keep the 480. Buying the 465 cards won't have any upgrade options for the future, but with a single 480, you can add another in the future when one 480 just isn't enough.

5-Cooler
i have zigmatic dark night cost me 75$ going sell at 85$ and buy noctua a D14 for 135$
Heh, the DK is a good cooler as is, but if you can sell it for a profit, go with the Noctua

1 - If you can sell the UD4 at a higher price than you bought it at, I would say go for the UD7. But the only downside is the $475 price tag, which I would not be willing to pay, but if its your taste, then go for it. Personally, I would say stick with the UD4 as it is a solid MB.

2 - The 932 would be more than enough for your needs, unless you want 2 front USB 3.0 ports for future USB 3.0 products to be used for convenience.

3 - I would never skimp out on the PSU, to me its the most important part of any system. So I would recommend the Corsair HX1000. Plus, I'm just looking at Newegg here, the Corsair has a 5 year warranty versus the 2 year that Cooler Master gives.

4 - I would say sell the GTX295 and hold onto your GTX480. The high-end HD 6000 series won't be out until around November/December. So you still have more than a few months.

5 - The Xigmatek cooler you have is pretty good at what it does. Upgrading to a Noctua D-14 would give you a minimal decrease in temp, but I'm not really sure how the D-14 performs, you would have to really check out a review on a website that pits them up against each other.

If you plan on keeping the UD4, I would say keep the DK, unless you are going to upgrade your CPU too.

But if you are going to upgrade to UD7, you should save yourself the extra modding(if it takes a lot of time) and get the Noctua D14.

what is make confused is the good deals happen only one time, so im afraid to lose this chance, or maybe it's more waste for the money
i call the DK guy and tell maybe im not going to brake the deal so he give last offer which is 10$ more price now 95$.

If I were you I'd sell the GTX480 and stick with the 295, waiting for next-gen Ati cards as they seem to interest you.
The other things such as Motherboard and cooler I'd leave for now, what you have is good.

My big question is, what does the UD7 have that the UD4P doesn't that you will use?
