What is worse now i get x4 and dont know why!
It clearly says on the manual that the card wont work if you put it in the first slot pci-express

The card will work but it won't be X16...in one card config u have to use the second PCI ex associated with the VGA Switch Card!
Things worth a try:
1- re-seat the card
2- Clear CMOS:
a) immediately following a new build, before power is applied
b) immediately following any hardware change/upgrade
c) after flashing BIOS.
3- update MB BIOS

You did remove the cards cooler,reaplied thermal paste and nothing happened with temps?
Reboot,clear CMOS and write the results!!!

Yeah, nothing happened with temps!
And after doing the test in gpu-z, it stays x4

that is a Direct CU SILENT model....
that model is fanless and max temp is 72'C :shadedshu
where u said u get that card???

you were right about resetting cuz it got to x16 again!
The temps are the same though
