i've bought a new video card " Radeon HD 6870" and installed it to the motherboard, but whenever i turned on the pc i would get no display from the dvi port and the hdmi port. So i decided to remove the video card and use the integrated graphics chip to go to windows and install the drivers that came with the CD. Afterwards i turned of the pc , pluged in the card " connecting the 6pin connecters" and turned on the pc. I still got the annoying black screen from the hdmi port ( I was using hdmi to dvi cable) , but when i tried the dvi port (dvi to dvi cable) it booted up this time, but the screen appeared to have some horizontal lines all over it, in the bios, boot up menu and the whole desktop. Whenever i went to the resolution options, it said i had that the Screen was pluged in to nothing, and in the device manager it said the display was a Radeon HD 6800 Series. I updated the drivers but after i restart the pc, when windows was loading i got an annoying blue screen, and it would not boot. It would only boot to safe mode, but i was still getting the same annoying vertical lines. Im not sure if its the video card or the pcie express slot. I have a HD 2600 and when i plug to the motherboard i always get a blank screen as well. I've updated bios, i've tried reseting bios, blabla ...
I've uploaded some images , so if you people dont mind , please check it out.
