Can anyone tell if that cooler will fit on an OEM 5770/6770? To me it looks like the sink is a little too far towards the rear of the card- but I am half tempted to buy it anyway and see.

What you can also do is try removing the heatsink from the plastic shroud - not only will this probably increase air flow, but it looks way cooler than with the plastic shroud. Plus, the shroud is not essential for the heatsink to attach on to the card, unless you're trying to retain that OEM look.

This calls for an adventure!

How many Farads are the capacitors that need to be replaced, and what is the voltage?

How many Farads are the capacitors that need to be replaced, and what is the voltage?

The caps looks to be 6.3v and 3300 μF each (I'm definite on the voltage - the Farad says 3300 but I can't make out the metric measurement).
