Ok so here is the situation. I have a 4850 and would like to upgrade. Now, to put things into perspective, i earn R5500 a month and might get a R500 increase next month. Another 4850 would cost R1100, a 5770 would cost R2100, a 5850 would cost R3100. Now, my psu will only handle 4850 x-fire and 5770 x-fire. I could sell my 4850 for R700 to help pay for the 5770, and then when i get my bonus in december i could get another one. I thought about a 4890 for R2100 but my psu cant handle 2 of them. So what would you guys do?
. and its very energy efficient, it consumes the same as 4850 at load, and way less at idle.
