HELP needed: HIS 9600XT bios

Please, i need a original bios for HIS Excalibur Radeon 9600XT 128MB (Samsung 3.3ns)!!! I screwed up this card, flashed with some Sapphire bios, but forgot to save old bios. Now I have artifacts all over the screen and can't find bios anywhere (even here).
Just found some bios for HIS 9600XT with Hynix 2.8 memory. Bios files from other manufacturers (like Asus, Gigabyte, etc.) simply doesn't work.

If someone can help, it'll be great. I don't know what else to do.

I'm getting a 9600XT for a PC this week, it's an ATI own make one, I don't know if that would help but if it does I'll happily dump a bios for you.

by the way - what screen resolutions does the 9600XT support, I'm particularly interested in widescreen ones!

Nope, my only hope is HIS 9600XT 128MB with Samsung 3.3ns BIOS, not ATI or anyone elses.

I think that 9600XT supports only 1920x1080 and 848x480 (wide ones).
